This steel structure is a double story tall structure with no floor system framed to allow natural light into the structure. CSE provided the structural design.
This 12 story structure totals 55,000 sq.ft and contains three levels of parking as well as 2 levels of commercial space. CSE provided the structural design as well as the SOE for this development.
CSE designed this 49,650sq.ft single occupancy residence from CMU masonry block and precast concrete floor planks.
This structure will house 81 beds and is 12 stories in height. The topography of the site lends itself to an atypical foundation design.

This 4 story townhouse complex consists of 38 buildings covering 144,000 sq.ft. The structural design consisted of CMU masonry walls with light gauge steel floor systems.
